Primavera Vineyard

Primavera Vineyard is an Australian-based and owned company. All prices are in Australian dollars with shipping within Australia only.  After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Primavera Vineyard send all orders via Australia Post. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure fast & safe delivery. All orders MUST be delivered to a physical address.


Residential Addresses:
All delivery addresses given to Primavera Vineyard are considered to be physical addresses unless otherwise advised. 

For all deliveries detailed above it is the responsibility of the customer to check that all cartons are accounted for before signing for the delivery. A signed "Proof of Delivery" (POD) will be used to determine the delivery of an order. Primavera Vineyard does not accept responsibility for goods that are misplaced after they have been delivered and signed.

All orders are subject to a Freight charge. Unless a capped freight charge has been stated on our website, freight is calculated on the size of the consignment (whichever is greater, cubic or weight measurement). An itemised Tax Invoice containing a description of goods purchased and freight will be emailed to your nominated email address.


Delivery Times:
Please allow up to 7 working days for goods to be dispatched; however, should the goods be unavailable, Primavera Vineyard will contact you to confirm the anticipated dispatch and delivery date.

Deliveries to most Capital cities in Australia take approximately 2-4 working days. For urgent delivery requests please note that Primavera Vineyard will make every effort to dispatch orders on time, however we can't guarantee the nominated freight company will deliver on time as requested. We are also unable to request Australia Post to call before delivery. Please understand that as we use a third party for deliveries we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date, once the goods leave our premises, circumstances may arise which are outside of out control.
